IMPORTANT: Question on Revoking my B1/Visitor visa sponsorship

I sponsored a B1(Visitor) visa sometime in 2011 for my mother-in-law.. and traveled once to US using this visa. I wanted to revoke my sponsorship or request a cancellation of this visa, which I originally sponsored. Is it possible? Can you please explain the process for it?

They are against me, now. Also, I dont want let them enter illegal using this visa on my name.
So I wanted to stop them to come in using my sponsorship. Please guide.
