I am here in USA since 2006. I have two elder sister and both are married and settled in UK and Dubai.
My parent’s visa denied two times. I NEED YOUR SUGGESTION, WHAT IS MY OPTION TO CRACK THIS VISA.
First time my parents appear for visitor visa in Aug-2009 for graduation ceremony. They got rejection as they told that none of your strong family member’s staying in India, so we don’t see any reason to come back in India. My mother side all family is staying in USA, but we didn’t tell them regarding this and my father side all relatives are staying in India.
In 2010(March) I got H-1 and my parents applied for second time at that time we show that my one elder sister is staying in India, but they got rejection with the same reason.
In 2012(January) only my mother appear for visitor visa, because I thought that if my parents stay in India then we can show them my dad is in India so my mother will come back. But unfortunately my mother got rejection.
Now I am planning to reapply for my parent’s visitor visa (2012- Dec). Any suggestion and help would be highly appreciated. When I graduated I didn’t took a walk, at this time I am planning to take a graduation walk in Dec 2012 and for that reason my parents is applying.
Can I sponsor my parents for USA Visa trip, will this matter for visa ?
NOTE : My father (Age 58) is working in private firm and my mother (Age 52)is house wife.
