B2 visa from UK- suggestions plz

Looking for Help and suggestions.

I have an appointment next week with US embassy reagarding visiting visa for my sister graduation ceremony. Actually, MY visa in UK is PSW visa which expires On feb 2013 but my sister graduation ceremony is on 27 Jan 2013. So, what are the expected questions to be asked? Also I would like to mention that I am working In one the xxx company in uk.

My parents could not attend the interview due to some personal reasons that why my sister requested me and send me the documents for supporting.

So, please give some suggestions

If you are in the UK for a short time, it might be harder for you to get the US visitors visa from there.

I suggest that you apply from your home country.
