Issue with NEFT visa fee receipt

I am in a process of Applying Visitors visa for my Parents, and made the payments for Visa Fee by NEFT transfer from my Axis Bank account (India). I made 2 individual payments i.e. one for my father and one for my mother, but I only received one receipt number till now for these payments. I want to know how can I track the other receipt number which I Paid for my mother, without that I cannot get the visa interview scheduled.

Please help in providing some information to track the 2nd payment.

Check first if the receipt you received includes the payment for both of them. In other words, check whether it is a combined payment receipt.

If not, contact Axis Bank for the status of your second receipt. Only they can answer.
