Hello,
I am in the process of applying B2 visa for my parents. My mother's Given Name is spelt in 3 different ways in her passport, my passport and my dad's passport. I can get a one and the same affidavit for this name mismatch.
However, when I am helping in filling the DS-160 form for my mother, I am asked "Have you been known by any other names". What should I answer for this? Should I say "No" or simply enter all the 3 variants of her name that is present in all of our passports?
