what shd be answer to these questions?

My parents are going for interview in september.

I am not sure about answers to some of the questions they might ask.
Like,

1) Have you booked a ticket ?

what should they answer? should they book the tickets in advance for both of them or not? Should they tell they would book ticket only after they get visa?


2) Have you purchased medical insurance?

Should they tell they would purchase only after they get visa?

3) Why was your visa rejected twice (2.5 years back)?

Is this questions possible and what should be the answer. Reason given was 214 b but at that time also nothing was wrong except their luck.

4) We have business and property in india as well as mothers job.We will show all the papers. My old grandfather(fathers father) is also in India . Could he be compelling reason to come back to india?
My only brother is student in UK. Could that be a problem? because both kids out of country?

5) My parents have done a 2 week pleasure trip to Singapore /malaysia this year. Will it help to show that they came back?
