Need to modify names and birthdate for ustraveldocs.com visa appointment

Well, i was careless and have not used that site before. I accidentally left out the middle name for my in-laws when putting the visa B2 info together and even transposed one birthdate (ie 02/03/19xx instead of 03/02/19xx). I was careless. But now I can't change it. I have gotten an appointment setup already since I figured I would already grab a spot. It says I can use the "provide feedback" function to change "Read-only" fields like names and birthdates. I filed this but was unsure on the response time. Is there someone I can call about this? Has anyone made this same mistake?
