validity of Visitors Visa

Hi, My Parent go tthe Visa for 6 months and on Passport they received the dates-Issued on Jully 11 and Expires on Jan 10.Does it mean that they have to come to USA and return back to India during that period?Please answer me soon.Thank you , Vaishali.

Vaishali, the validity of visa means till when can a person enter United States. In your case your parents can enter US till 10th Jan, and they can stay for a period which is decided by the officer at POE (generally 6 months). They dont have to leave back on visa expiry but before the date on I-94.

hi i have a similar problem
on my visa it is written clinical skills exam. now if i have to go for interviews can i use the same visa or apply again thanks
