Thank You for reply, my father was also a us citizen,he got Liver Cancer there and suddenly went into a very critical condition. He was admitted in Seattle WA,My brother send me all the relevant hospital documents and letters( requesting embassy at Islamabad,Pakistan for issuing me the visa to be with my father at the last stages of life) from the specialist doctor in the Evergreen Hospital.
I appeared twice but the embassy refused!
Ultimately he died there on 7th , July 2007.
I was literally weeping at the interview window!
I think the visa officer were not human hearted at all.
My father's grave is at Woodlawn Cementery,Snohomish,WA.
I have never been there.
After that I hated to apply for the US VISA.
