Visitor visa how long to stay in india to revisit US

Hi,
My Parents got 10 years visitor visa stamping in feb 2005..they came to US on march 18th 2005.My father went back to india on june 1st.My mother is going back to india on september 10th 2005.I am planning to call my mother again to US in october 2005.My question is can she come immediatly after 3 weeks or she has to stay in INDIA for particular period of time to visit US again.If yes what is the time period.i mean how long she has to stay to come again to US.
Please advice me.

There is no time period required by immigration.But they expect a visitor
visa to be used for visits rather than permanent stay.
If the next visit is made quickly , as in your case ,especially after a long stay of 6 months, it may arouse suspicion of immigrant intent at port of entry.
It is advisable that she spend at least 3 months in India between two visits.
