General Tourist Visa questions

Hello,
I am residing in US on H1-B and my fiance is in India.

1) Is there any issue if she applies for a tourist visa (family sponsored) now and then later on we apply for a H4 (dependent) after marriage?
(In other words, if for some reason tourist visa gets rejected, will it affect us when applying for H4 visa for her?)

It would be difficult for her to get tourist visa in this situation.

The best thing would be to get married at the earliest and apply for H4 visa.

The most important criterion they look for a visitor visa is if you will return after the visit.
Since she will be going as a fiance of an already arrived H-1, there is a slim chance she will
return.Hence she will be denied.

If she goes on a different purpose without mentioning that she is visiting her fiance, she can still get it.

B1/B2 denial does not affect H-4.
