Eligibility for self sponsored visa

HI,
My parents to want to visit USA for 3 months
I am staying in USA for last 2 months H1B with 75k annual salary, as I don’t have the sufficient balance in my account (i.e 10K). We are thinking for applying the B2 for self sponsored for my mom & dad
What balance they should have in their account including FD. My father we retired and mom still working with 40k RS as monthly salary
Please guide me with this

They should have enough money to take care of the expenses for the trip.
