this question disappeared in the DS-160- "where you will stay in the USA"

Hi Seniors/Friends.

I have submitted the DS-160 forms for my parents. I have noticed some problem in the website. I am worried that this site problem will not create problem for me.

Here is the situation.I selected yes for this question - Have you made specific travel plans ?

It asks to enter all these fields after selecing yes for above question.
Date of arrivals, departure, arrival city, The locations you plan to visit in the usa, where you will stay in the usa, etc.

I took the screen shots of all review pages of DS-160 ( Father and mother ) before submitting.

Problem 1 -

Today I noticed that "this question "where you will stay in the USA" is not in my father's DS-160 review page screen shot" but it is there in my mother's DS-160 form. The problem is that I already submiitted the DS-160 forms.

I am 100% sure that this question is mandatory and it is not possible to proceed further or submit.

Could you please let me know how can I manage this weird situation ? should I go ahead with scheduling appointment ?

Problem 2 -

I saved the ds-160 applications using "print application" button on confirmation screen in my system, today I noticed that it is not showing all these below 2 questions/answers as well for both DS-160 forms.

My mother ds-160 missing details

Departure city
Locations you plan to visit in the USA.
Address where you will stay in the U.S.: address is there for my mother but city, state and zip code are missing.

in my father ds-160 all there below questions/answers missing

Departure city
Locations you plan to visit in the USA.
Address where you will stay in the U.S.:

Could you please advise ?

I saved the application and tried to retrieve it later.

I don't see the address that I filled out multiple times for " where you will stay in the USA". I tried multiple browsers ( IE, chrome , firefox ), tried completing DS 160 afresh. The same thing is seen for wife's application.

What should I do about this ? I spoke to VFS customer care and they were simply out of options.

Please help.

no problem with this, when i was filing it i faced it too,
just keep filling the form but make a note this particular step. when it comes to confirmation/ verification of form and you reach same page simply press "edit" (on right top corner of each section). when the form will go to EDIT page you will find the desired question which you are missing " where you will stay in the USA"?


remember me in your prayers i have interview on 30 jul 2013.
