Scheduling Appointment

I've filled in the DS160 for my mom and dad who are planning to visit me during March. I went trough the 'Schedule Appointment' in Stanley Website. The confirmation numbers were seen automatically and when I went it to select Chennai.. i do not see any appointment dates. Any help on this will be much appreciated.
