Hi i m an indian now working in saudi arabia.going to apply for us visiting visa.some of my friends told me to travel to other countries before i apply and also to have 10000 riyals in my account for 3consecuive months.is both are necessary ti apply.i m a moh staff.please help me

It is not necessary to first travel to other countries before applying for US visa.

There is no specific amount of money that is required in order to apply for US visa. However, you must be able to prove that you will be able to take care of the expenses yourself when you visit the US (or someone else will take care of them for you).
