Visiting Spouse On B1/B2 visa

Hello,

Is it possible to visit your spouse on B1/B2 visa or will cause any problem at the port of entry?
I already have this visa and my spouse is on H1 b.

Thank you for the reply. I should have told you the exact situation.

My husband is on H1b and his extension is filed therefore in the meantime we cannot process my H4.
Also recently my L1 was also rejected.
Plus I have quit my present job so there is no convincing reason that I can give to the officer at the port of entry that I will return back .Are the return tickets sufficient?i I intend to stay there for a couple of months.

Considering these points do you think that it will not be a problem at the port of entry?

If you will say you are visiting your husband, the officer MAY think you won't return.
If you have any other relatives or friends in US , you can just say you are visiting them without mentioning your husband
and give their address.
