I want to apply for B2 visa urgently due to some personal reasons. Want to go o the US by december last week. Can't find whether interview dates are availble or not. Want to give interview at chennai or hyderabad. Is it only after we make the payment that we can find the dates? What if i make the payment and can't find the required dates? Should i apply at any date available and wait for slots to be vacant and then reschedule accordingly? How many times can we reschedule after cancellation? Kindly reply.

yes u need to make payment, after which u will be able to see the availability of slots. if u dont find the desired slots, u need to check it patiently.. there is preponement option, i guess only one cancellation is allowed. -
Chennai date for 27th and 28th?
Can anyone tell if dates are available at Chennai for 27th and 28th dec?

U have to cancel existing appointment to see available interview dates again
Man...they have changed the interview process and made it very difficult.
You need to cancel your existing appointment and risk losing that slot in order to even see available interview dates again. And you can reschdule only one!
So your best option is to keep checking available interview dates until ur desired day shows up.
If you have flexibility, just book the date available even if its late since the dates close fast
