B2 visa fees query

I have a query on cash payment of visa fees at citi/axis bank. Its written that we have to carry fee collection slip while going to the bank to make payment.

But how do i get this fee collection slip. I have registered at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/

After registering what am i supposed to do? I cannot see any slip on the site. Do i have to first upload DS-160 form before making payment? Do i have to update my profile? Exactly at what step will i get this slip? Please revert.
