Can the sponsor be india while going for interview

Hi - I am currently in US and applying for tourist for my in-laws & parents. I am traveling to india on vacation for next two months. Currently I am preparing the documents for them. Can I prepare the document and whether they can go for stamping while i am in india? Also the document requirement is that i need to provide the copy of I-94, whether i can make a copy of my I-94 before leaving US and use the same for stamping?
