I and my husband are green card holders. i want to invite my sister here for a month to assist me as i am expecting and my elder one is only 13 months old.i dont work.My sister is married n works as a lecturer at Government college in pakistan.She will definitely leave after a month. Have heard that pregnancy is not a good reason for getting visa Now my question is "should i mention pregnancy in invitation letter or just tourism is fine for getting visa"
