Hi,
I have a valid H1- B visa till Sep-2013 and I moved to U.S. in the month of Nov-12 . My parents are planning to visit U.S. in the month of Feb-2013 and then visit my brother who stays in U.K. in the month of May-JUN-2013. They have earlier visited U.K. and will be visiting U.S. for the first time . Please help me to clarify the below points :
1. Is there any duration constraint within which you cannot invite your parents?(Like I'm inviting parents within 2 months of my stay in U.S.)
2. As I did not have SSN earlier so havent got any pay checks yet but will be getting the same in Dec end cycle.So currently I dont have any funds to support the fact that I can take responsibility of my parents . So as per your expericne what would be the chances of getting visa for my parents in my case? If this is going to create problem then what are the other options by which I can increase the chances of getting the visa?
3. (If Point#2 is causing any issue then )Is it mandatory for me to sponsor them or can I show that my parents/ brother can take care of the expenses
4. What all docs do I need for processing the visa for my parents?
