Urgent Help needed on Visitor(B2) Visa

Hi Friends,

I came to US in the month of July 2012 and now i want to sponsor visitor visa for my Parents to visit me.

I would like to know, Is there any duration constraint within which you cannot invite your parents? (Like I am inviting my parents within 1 year of my stay in US)

I have pretty good funds in my bank account to show that i can look after there expenses.

No.

As long as you have funds to sponsor them you can sponsor their trip.
