H4 Visa Quirey

Hi my dependent has H4 VISA it is Valid till 9Feb2013. Recently i transfer my VISA to new employer and changed the location. I am planning to bring my family on Jan15 2013. Is it OK? is any rule is there on validity before travelling to US?
while in port of entry immigration will ask any quires on this...

do they need to get stamped H4 Visa? Please suggest

Your dependents can use their existing Visas and your current petition to travel to US. They should make sure that their I-94's match the petition expiry and not the Visa expiry.
