Parent Tourist Visa Rejected Twice...Need help

hi,

My parents attended first B2 interview at Mumbai Consulate in May 2012. It was rejected may be because of I am only son. (got 221G). which is (says not so strong ties with home country and may be i am only son). 2nd time they went in Dec and question was asked, "what is changed from last time?" it was actually nothing much. so they rejected again.

I dont know how to proceed further. I can re-apply but how should I put the case?

Any inputs will be appreciated.

They should wait for a year or so before applying again. Next time they should have evidence of ties to home country such as job or property and they should put it forth. Also, the duration of trip should be short.

Already have home

They already owned 2 houses in India. They carried all document but those documents are not even asked. and how we should put fwd the case as all they ask is 2-3 questions.

My parents visitor visa rejected second time at mumbai consulate. They did not look at any documents and ask only two questions. For me, now parents visa is a big dream.
