    H1B Visa Expired

    Hi there,

    I got an H1 Visa approved in the month of october 2011 , but unfortunately i could not travel to US and my visa got expired in the month of June 2012.

    So what is the procedure to renew the visa now or what is the procedure i or my employer need to do to get my visa again.

      Your employer have to apply for a fresh H1, but need not apply under the cap or wait till april 1st 2013. You can apply anytime during the year.
      And then go for stamping, and then go to US and ENJOY )
