Visitor Visa denied at the Mumbai consulate

My mother's (71 yrs old) was denied for the third time last week. I am a permanent resident in the US. Can anyone help me as to how we can get her visa approved. I had sent all the required documentation but she keeps getting denied. Can she apply again ?

There is no *****al way to get it approved. Try to see what is going on wrong possibly and if possible, try to correct it.
