Appointment Date If Visa Rejected

Hi,
My Parents Are Going For Visa On Aug 8th. What If Their Visa Is Rejected . Should I Take Another Date Now Or Wait Till They Actually Go. Also Is There No Provision For People To Get Dates If Tehy Get Rejected And Do We Still Have To Pay The Fees.

Firstly, you should never reapply immediately if your visa is rejected.
Unless you can present something significantly different,which is unlikely in
a short period of time, you will get another refusal.

It is wise to wait a few months and try to work on the reason for
refusal (low funds and lack of ties to home country are the commonest
reasons).

You will pay another fees for 214(b) refusal but not for
