Visiting US for Tour and attend Expo.. is that B2 or B1/ B2

My uncle plan to come us to visit me and also visit textile expo. He is doing garments business. Is that better for him to apply for B2 VISA for B1/B2 ?
Attending Expo is business visit? I am on H1.

advice; he will apply for a B1 ( business) visiting textile expo. It will be better if he avoids mentioning that
he is coming to meet you also. Strictly business visit has a much better chance of succeeding than
mixed with casual stuff like visiting relatives.
