My sister went with my parents to the consulate today for their b2 visa. My parents were both approved but my sister got rejected. I think mainly due to her previous application for an investors visa 5 years ago. Also she is currently unemployed.
My question is, if she find a steady job soon and reapply for a b2 in half a year, will it increase her likelihood of success ?
Justification of her return to native country:
She is financially well off, and has aged parents, son in middle school, and husband at home.
Employed for half a year with good salary
Only going to the US for 2 months and leaving along with parents from the US.
Thank you so much for your help!
