Passport Issued in India

Dear Sir,

Please notethat i have applied for a passport in India on Oct'2012, after due verification i have received the passport in the monht of Jan'2013, but my father's name as per my SSC certificate is Gavarapattu Subramanyam Rama **** ** but as per the Passport it is Gavarapattu Rama **** ** Subramanyam, will this be a problem for me when i am applying for VISA. Kindly clarify me regarding the same.

If you are applying for a non-immigrant visa( visitor, work) , it won't matter.
They donot match parent's passport names with any other document.
