I am a Indian citizen with valid Indian passport but working outside for 13 years and currently working in Doha Qatar for past five years, what shall i write in the place of country of residence when i apply for tourist visa to USA visa application

Qatar
You have been living and working here for 5 years, so that makes it your place of residence at this point in time.
And you should apply in DOHA only if you plan to work here for some more time to come ( ongoing job ties ).
