I submitted my DS-160 for my parents with location as chennai.I booked their OFC location as chennai,but their appointment was scheduled in Hyderabad.Later I went and submitted a new DS-160 with Hyderabad location.Should I schedule a new appointment with my new DS-160? Please explain.Does it matter if the OFC and Appointment is in different location?

You can schedule OFC at any place. It can be different from Consular appointment location.
