Visa to a handicapped

I want to apply visitor visa for my uncle who is physically handicapped. He had polio when he was 9 yrs and both legs got effected and can't walk, just crawl using legs. Wanted to know if anyone with that condition applied for visa and got approved? Any information is wll appreciated.

It is possible for him to get visa. That is not a direct reason to reject him.

However, please note that, at every tourist place in the U.S., there is a lot of walking to be done. Therefore, he may be asked questions related to that.
