Visitor visa for brother and sister

Hi,

My brother and his wife, and my sister want to visit me in US. Brother has his own business and sister is working.

Question is-Should I sponsor them or they can sponsor themselves?

If they are financially capable of taking care of their own expenses and they can show that, it would be the best.
