3 specific questions regarding filling out DS-160 form. Help appreciated!!!

Hi All,

My parents are filling out their DS-160 form to apply for B2 visa, and they have three specific questions in that form that they're confused about.

1) In personal information 2, it asks for "National Identification Number". What is that for Indians? Is it pan card number or voter card number? Does it even apply to us?

2) Under Passport Information, it asks for "Passport Book Number". Is it the same as "File Number" listed on the last page of the Indian passport or something that doesnt apply?

3) Under "U.S. Point of Contact Information, they are filling my name (I am in states on GC). It asks for "Organization Name". What to fill in that? Can they leave it blank or what?

Any help is appreciated by someone who has filled out the form.

1. Not significant. Can leave it as Not applicable.
2. It means if they had any passport books expired before .What number passport book it is that they are applying with ( 1st, 2nd, 3rd)?
3. Organization name is not relevant here. Only for those people who are invited by organizations.

as for Q2), my dad has had a passport in the past that expired in 2007 (he got a new one 2 months ago) and my mom just got her 1st passport 2 months ago. Is that what you're asking?

Yes, Actually I am not asking, I meant to write that is what they are asking.
Your dad will be passport book no. 2 and mom will be no.1.
