I was planning to takw interview on december 26 th..but i cancelled it and took date for 27 of january.i had a bank statement of 3 months until december 12 .do i have to take a new statenent or i can submit the same.

You can submit the same. You should submit statements for at least the past year.
Basically they want to know how much you earn in a year.

As Per the US Embassy Required Bank Statement 3 Months and online we can download only 6 Months Statement Should I Submit 3 Months or 6 Months ?

Letter from your employer establishing purpose of travel.

This Letter should be sign by M.D (Company Owner ) or H.R Manager sign and Stamp will work as well?
