H1-B Expiring soon, want to apply visitor visa for my parents

Hello there,

I am on a H1 visa and my work permit is yet to expire by the end of April 2013. My employer has filed for extension but yet to receive. Considering the fact that I have less than 3 months of valid visa, would I be able to apply visiting visa for my parents ? What are the chances ?
