Visitor Visa for Housewife

Hi,
I am 38 year old, no kids,
My husband is a govt. employee.
I am not working. I am a house wife.
My cousin sister inviting me to visit USA. My husband is not getting long leave. Can I get the visa if I apply alone ??
We have a good enough money and strong ties .

The only ties they will consider in your case is your husband and
money wise , his income.(They will ask his profession and income.
ANd they will ask who is funding the trip.)


Show self funding if he is earning very well like 1 L/mo.
That will go in your favour.
If not, ask your cousin to send you I-134, and financial
papers and an invitation.(it reduces your chances if
someone in US is funding.)

Do not ask for a very long stay ( 4-6 weeks seems fine).

Yes..I dont need to be sponserd by my cousin. My husband will mange all the expediture.
One more query..mu cousin sister is pregnent.Is it good or can be -ve to get the Visa??

You do not need to mention that. Unless asked specifically which I do not think they will.
