F1 OPT valid May 2013 - In laws would like to visit - B2 visa

Hi,

I graduated from a PG course in may 2012 and am currently working on an F1 OPT visa which is valid till May 2013.
My wife is on F2 visa. My firm will file an H1B for me in April 2013.

My parents-in law would like to visit us. But they need to file their application for visa.

Questions:

1. As there are only 4 months left on my F1 OPT, will there be any problem in getting a B2 visa?
2. Ideally, I would like them to get a 10 yr multiple entry visa. Should they wait to file a visa application after my H1B application has been filed? Or maybe after I have received my H1B?
3. I believe, a sponsor letter is required from me. What is the format of the letter and what should it say?

Please guide me.

You should sponsor their visa once you get your H1.
