Need help please B2 visa for mother and brother

Hi,

I am on H1 visa, planning to apply B2 for my mother(she has a small boutique in India, income may be 1.5 lac per year) and my brother (job in sales, income 2.5 lac per year). But my mother has enough savings nearly 9 lac as my Dad takes care of expenses.

Question:

1) In DS160 , whom should i say as their trip sponsor - "SELF" or "ME". I also have good bank balance to show.
2) Which consulate should they go - Mumbai Vs Hyderabad? Which has more chances of getting it?

1. You can sponsor their trip or they can sponsor their trip also.
2. What is their resident state? You can select consulate accordingly.

thanks, but isn't it true that anyone can can go to any consulate irrespective of their resident state. They are in Madhya Pradesh India btw.

They need to go to Mumbai consulate.
L1 blank visa and Indian citizen who reside in USA can request visa interview at any US Consulate in India.
