Hi, I am currently on F-1/OPT. I graduated in Oct'12 and will be participating in the graduation ceremony in May 2013. I want to invite my wife's parents for the graduation ceremony and I have taken a letter of invitation from my university for the same.
I want to know what all additional documents should my parents carry with them eg bank statements, offer letter from my employer,address proof? Is there any link which provides a guide towards the process one needs to follow for applying for B2 visa?
Also my company has already filed for my H1 processing. Does that make any difference?
what are the chances of them getting the visa ?
