Hello!
My parents had their B2 visa interview on 1/29. When I call the Stanley phone number to track their passport status, it says "Document has been refused. Documents are being returned.". When I speak with a customer service rep at Stanley, she says a different status - "Final processing".. That is different from the IVR. Is IVR accurate? I was told that the online passport tracking is temporarily removed because of technical issues.
Has anyone used the IVR for tracking? Please let me know.. Just a bit anxious.
