I have a valid multiple b1/b2, I want to sponser my newly wed wife for the same I have filled her details, she has interview lined up
What all documents I should give her for support I am a businessman,
If I give a sponsorship letter should that be on my company's letterhead or plan should that be typed or hand written.

I think you mean " funding ' not sponsorship. Sponsorship means support from US .

She needs to take

*your original passport with your visa ( should not surrender it to anyone , show it to the interviewing officer only and then bring it back)
* your income papers ( returns, bank statements and proof of business).
*You can write a note to the consular , US embassy on your business letterhead
requesting to grant a visa to your wife as she wishes to accompany you on your business visit. Provide brief details about your trip ( duration , type of work).

Usually they rely on verbal answers and do not look at most documents.
So make sure your wife can answer everything precisely .
