Been denied multiple times. Any other been denied multiple times?

Greetings,

I have been applying for a B2 visa for quite some time, and every time I get denied.
Last time I went and they asked what changed.
I have a medical condition that prevents me from staying longer than 3 months in the US, and they said it was insufficient.

I want to know of there are others who had multiple denials andhow to change that around.
I would love to visit my friends and tour the country, but at this rate I will never see them.

I am from the Netherlands, I used to get the VWP, but I was denied the VWP when i tried to apply for a b2 (stupid!) and was denied that.

Can any1 give me spome pointers?

Will getting me a place of my own help? (currently living with my parents...)

Why were you denied the VWP?
Were you sent back from US while using VWP?
Have yu ever entered US on VWP?
Did you ever overstay/work/offence while in US on a VWP?

*What is your age and marital status?
* What do you do at how much do you earn( low, medium, high)?
*Do you have any relatives in US? On what visa status?

*Please post your first B1/B2 interview when you were denied
