Ds 157 Form ( Expired) **** Very Urgent Pls Help

Hi,
The expiry date on Ds 157 says 7/31/2005 . Is it fine to still fill that form or we should fill another form and where will we get that . My parents have to go for interview on 8th. Let me know what needs to be done. Thx

You can still use that form DS-157.
