rescheduling interview appointment

what is the procedure for rescheduling an appointment in the mumbai consulate.
i have been trying to call this number (23633611) but i think the phone lines are out due to the really bad whether.
the required documents couldnt reach due to delayed flights and their interview is on the 8th of AUGUST.
please help me.

hi, only way you can modify your app thru TTS visa . I am sure thru tele embassy will not resedule your appt case so many people already scheduled on every date.
I have seen, in november some dates are available.
