Trouble submitting DS-160 (passport # does not match on last page)

My wife is filling out the DS-160. She has filled in all of the information and gets to the last page where she has to verify the passport # and enter the captha image.

When she tries to sign/submit, it gives her an error that the passport # does not match. But, it DOES MATCH.

When she tried calling the CSC numbers, they said they cannot help with using the DS-160 form and were not able to provide any phone numbers or other contacts for who could help.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

This should not happen unless you are entering something different.

Did you enter any non-visible character the first time? Did you take into account any spaces etc. that you might be missing?

I am getting some issues. how is this issue resolved for you or can anyone what can we do when this happens.
