    Can you post their last interview in brief, whatever they recall;
    I want to see why they were denied.

      They just replied that 'you might not return to India' no other reason.

      points:
      the US stay time was mentioned for 5 months (Feb to May)
      In May they had plan to take US tour, this was already booked from India and reputed famous tour operator submitted their visa application.
      They were carrying all payments receipts for the tour and tour operator letter everything.
      My I-94 was expiring in Apr which I got renewed well before the expiration date, however at the time of my parents visa application which was made in Dec and Jan-Interview, my i-94 date was showing Apr. end date.

      please advice, also can someone not present in US can sponsor their parents Visa?

        Yes, the son can. But the income needs to be very good in India eg > 10lacs +/yr.

        But the denial here is not due to sponsorhip;

        Please answer;
        1. Have they ever been on a visit outside India before?
        2. How come they showed a tour operated trip for 5 months? It is never that long.
        3. Did the officer not ask, your daughter is there, why are you going on a tour operated trip?
        4. Are your parents working in India? If any of them is, how much is their yr income roughly?
        5. Ask them if they remember, and post the interview . That way I can advise you exactly.

          Thanks for the reply.

          1. No, this will be there 1st trip outside India.
          2. We clearly mentioned they will fly in Feb, visit me and stay with me till May and in May they will take one month tour with tour operator and return back directly to India.
          3. Mentioned above.
          4. They are retired, but they have rental and invetment interest income. My Monther also get pension.
          5. They just asked these questions, why you are going - to meet my daughter and tour USA, when you will go and come back - answer given above. Thats it.

          Can we mention this time like My Brother will sponsor Air ticket (his name as sponsor in DS-160) and I will take care of expenses in USA.

          Thank you.

            THere is no point in showing divided funding.

            1. Give it at least 6-7 months from the last application.
            2. If your bro does not have 10L + income, You can sponsor , it is straight forward.
            3. Do not involve any tour operators.
            4. Ask for 3 months not more.
            5. a few months before US appl, if they can travel to other countries for a short tour ( package is fine) south east asia/ europe
            with 2-3 visas on the passport, it will help.
            6. If your dad can show some work engagement like small home run business or some work instead of a retired status, it will help.

            Luck also matters for a visitor visa, let us hope they get lucky.
