Visitor Visa B2

Hi All,

I recently transferred my company and still waiting for new H1B visa approval. I just wanted to know can i send my parents for applying B2 visa with just having the new H1b receipt or should i wait till my new H1B is approved. As in the documents required list it says the copy of latest H1B approval notice.I also have my old H1B stamped and has a validity till Dec 2006.

Almost similar situation

I am in the same boat (almost).
I want to invite my parents on visitor visa. I had my old H1 documents, but I did not have the visa stamped.

Our company was acquired by other company and the new company has applied for amended H1. I was on F1 before and have not yet went for H1 stamping, will wait for the new H1 documents.

I have the letter from the new company mentioning about the acquisition and my current status. Will that be fine for my parent's visitor visa or will I have to wait till I obtain the new H1 documents.
