Can second visit to US after 1 month is possible?

Does anyone know if on the visitor visa,if someone stay for first 6 months and then go back to India and come again to US within 1 month of time and request for another 6 months i-94 again?
will that be possible or do they reject in giving i-94 since we may need atleast another long duration of gap to enter US again?
is there any limit on the number of days that one has to wait to enter US again?
any ideas on this?

Returning only a month after a long stay of 6 months will only prompt
the officer to suspect you of immigrant intent. There is no written
rule on how much the difference in duration between two visits should be but the visits should be spaced such that they look like visits. A visitor visa is
meant for visits and not for permanent stay.
